STEP 1

CONSULTATION

Clients have the opportunity to present their building plans, budget, projected timeline, and receive an initial quote.

STEP 2

Meeting over the Scope of works - Planning/Plans and Specifics

Once accepting the job, the clients sit and meet the team, as the Lancaster Crew become further acquainted with client taste, budget, and ‘what they’re after’. Lancaster Building’s partnership with local suppliers ensures that clients have access to deals on materials and fittings. We are able to provide clients with a list of suppliers that may suit their build.

STEP 3

Site Meeting

Chance to meet on site, finalise architectural plans with the physical space, and discuss any additional building requirements or time limitations.

STEP 4

Finalise Paperwork

Finalise contracts, and the build is good to go!

STEP 5

During the process of a build

Clients can take comfort in regular meetings, with a phone meeting once a week, and a regular fortnightly on-site meeting with the builder, architect, and client. This meeting guarantees that each member of the build is satisfied, and has their needs met.

STEP 6

Finalising a build

Clients can feel confident at the end of a build, with our Defects Liability Period (6 months). Any issues with a build i.e., if a tap isn’t working or malfunction of some type, will be promptly and efficiently corrected by Lancaster Building.
